Yoga Under the Stars

Join us for a gentle Yoga flow, sound healing, & mediation out on the sand. We flow under the glow of the Moon and to the serene sounds of the ocean and landscape of the stars above. This month, we're celebrating the upcoming Full Moon in Aquarius happening next week. This is an opportunity to connect with community, yourself, and reflect on the previous Moon cycle. Our flow and meditation will be focused on releasing tension from the body & mind as well as releasing what is no longer in alignment within our lives to make space for what is.

• Be sure to bring a yoga mat, beach towel, & water. Yoga mats can be provided for $5. Please send a message ahead of class.
• Please consider parking and give yourself enough time to find it. There are plenty of metered spots and parking lots on Datura Ave and on nearby streets.
