Full Moon Beach Yoga - Moon in Sagittarius

Every month, we gather on the beach under the Full Moon for a gentle Yoga flow, meditation, and sound healing. This particular Full Moon is in the mutable fire sign of Sagittarius.  This fiery energy is known to infuse the atmosphere with its adventurous spirit and boundless optimism. Let yourself expand beyond limitations, exploring new depths of flexibility, strength, and inner peace.  Inspried by the archer's arrow, we aim our intentions towards the stars with unwavering focus and determination. The Full Moon, known as the 'exhale' of the moon cycle, is all about letting go. Our flow and meditation will be focused on releasing tension from the body & mind as well as releasing what is no longer in alignment within our lifes to make space for what is.

• Be sure to bring a yoga mat, beach towel, water, and some warm clothing. Yoga mats can be provided for $5. Please send a message ahead of class.
• Please consider parking and give yourself enough time to find it. There are plenty of metered spots and parking lots on Datura Ave and on nearby streets.

This ticket is non-refundable. If rescheduled due to weather, this ticket can be used for the next full moon event.
