Full Moon Beach Yoga - Moon in Sagittarius

Join us to celebrate the Full Moon in Sagittarius! This is the last Full Moon of the Spring season and this specific moon is known as the ‘Strawberry Moon’ because in many areas of the country, it’s the best time to harvest strawberries. This energy is asking us to look at what’s next. Let go of what’s holding us back at this time so we can go forth and be fearless in our next ventures. This adventurous and spontaneous energy of Sagittarius is just what we need to catapult us into the extroverted energy of Summer. We're being encouraged to be unafraid to explore new territory and take in all of the experiences that our soul is craving. We’ll begin with a gentle flow on the sand before transitioning into a sound healing and guided meditation with the soft glow of the moon and peaceful sounds of the ocean.
