Full Moon Beach Yoga - Moon in Leo

Every month, we gather on the beach under the Full Moon for a gentle Yoga flow, meditation, and sound healing. This particular Full Moon is in the fiery zodiac sign of Leo. The Full Moon, known as the 'exhale' of the moon cycle, is all about letting go. Our flow and meditation will be focused on releasing tension from the body & mind as well as releasing what is no longer in alignment within our lifes to make space for what is. 

• Be sure to bring a yoga mat, beach towel, water, and some warm clothing. Yoga mats can be provided for $5. Please send a message ahead of class.
• Please consider parking and give yourself enough time to find it. There are plenty of metered spots and parking lots on Datura Ave and on nearby streets.

This ticket is non-refundable. If rescheduled due to weather, this ticket can be used for the next full moon event.
