Full Moon Beach Yoga - Moon in Capricorn

Every month, we gather on the beach under the Full Moon for a gentle Yoga flow, meditation, and sound healing. This particular Full Moon is in the cardinal sign of Capricorn. Capricorn is an Earth sign that is ruled by Saturn. It’s known for structure, organization, & responsibility. The Full Moon, known as the 'exhale' of the moon cycle, is all about letting go. As we’re about half way through the year, it's a great opportunity to evaluate where we’re at. What goals did you set at the beginning of the year? How have your plans of action unfolded thus far? We’re being called to lean into this Capricorn energy to reset or keep the momentum pushing forward. Our flow and meditation will be focused on releasing tension from the body & mind as well as releasing what is no longer in alignment with our goals. What can we let go of to keep us moving forward in the direction we wish to go?

• Be sure to bring a yoga mat, beach towel, water, and some warm clothing. Yoga mats can be provided for $5. Please send a message ahead of class.
• Please consider parking and give yourself enough time to find it. There are plenty of metered spots and parking lots on Datura Ave and on nearby streets.
